FASHION, MAGIC AND PHOTOGRAPHY

Na semana de Artes, os jovens de Deão aprenderam a usar materiais reciclados para criar peças de roupa criativas, a fazer truques de magia para mostrar aos seus amigos e parentes e aproveitar ao máximo as suas férias através da captura de belas imagens. Porque queremos incorporar as crianças e os adolescentes de Deão na criação deste blog, estamos a dar este post à Verónica, uma das jovens que freqüenta a Ludoteca e que se divertiu na nossa Oficina de Fotografia.

Aqui está o seu texto:

"Na semana da arte, com a ajuda das voluntárias da AJD tivemos uma aula de fotografia.

Fomos divididos em dois grupos, um com os mais pequenos dirigido pela Gretel e o outro grupo com as crianças maiores dirigido pela Melanie. 

A mim calhou-me o grupo da Melanie. Ela esteve-nos a explicar como era constituída uma máquina fotográfica, e como a devemos usar dependendo da situação em que queremos tirar uma fotografia. Explicou também como devemos utilizar a luz, a velocidade, a abertura e a ISO dependendo do que queremos fotografar, como por exemplo: para tirar uma fotografia a uma paisagem de dia, não é preciso abrir muito a câmara pois está sol e já entra muita luz, também não é preciso muita velocidade porque as paisagens não se mexem. Em relação, ao ISO devemos pôr na máxima qualidade. 

Os rapazes do meu grupo estiveram a lutar e a jogar futebol para verem como ficam as fotografias em movimento, e a brincar um pouco também com a câmara fotográfica.

Foi uma aula divertida, estivemos a tirar fotografias de grupo, o João fez uma “sessão fotográfica” a Melanie tirava fotografias enquanto ele se mexia e fazia caretas. No final, eu e a Melanie estivemos a tirar fotografias às plantas para testar o que eu aprendi hoje."

In the week of Arts and Crafts, the children of Deão learned how to use recycled materials to create cutting-edge fashion, play magic tricks on their friends and relatives, and make the best out of their holidays by capturing beautiful pictures. Because we want to incorporate the kids and teens of Deao in the creation of this blog, we are handing this post over to Verónica, one of the youngsters who frequents the Ludoteca and had a blast at our Photography Workshop.

Here is her text:

"In the Week of Arts & Crafts, we had a photography class with the volunteers at AJD. We were divided into two groups, one with the smaller children run by Gretel and another group with older children directed by Melanie.

The guys in my group were fighting and playing football to learn how the movements would affect the pictures, and were also playing around a bit with the camera.

It was a fun class: we took group photos, João had a "photo shoot" with Melanie, where she took pictures of him moving and making faces :). At the end, me and Melanie took pictures of plants to test what I learned today."

I was part of Melanie's group. She explained to us how a camera was made and how we can use it depending on the situation of when and where we want to take a picture. She also explained how to use light, speed, aperture and ISO depending on what we want to photograph. For example, to take a picture of a landscape by day, you don't have to open the iris very far because the sun is shining so brightly that a lot of light enters the camera as it is. You also do not need a lot of speed because the landscapes are not moving around. The ISO can be set to the lowest setting to get the best quality."
